At RE:LAB we are looking for a new team member to join our Human Factors group. The selected candidate will work on projects related to human–machine interaction, user experience, and real user research, contributing to the design of innovative and safe solutions. We are seeking a recent graduate in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Cognitive Neuroscience or similar fields, with a strong interest in user experience and applied research. Main responsibilities:- Conduct user research activities (interviews, observations, usability testing).
- Analyze user needs, behaviors, and performance.
- Support the design of interfaces and systems based on cognitive ergonomics and UX principles.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (designers, developers, engineers).
- Contribute to documenting and communicating research results.
- Degree in HMI, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Cognitive Neuroscience, or related fields.
- Interest in Human Factors and UX.
- Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
- Critical thinking, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Location: On-site work in Torino
