We are looking for a Unit Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our Clinical colleagues.
As an on-site Unit Co-ordinator for IPRS PFAS, you will be in a client facing role working alongside a team of clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.
Main duties:
- Monitoring and overseeing the administrative tasks of the centre
- Regularly liaising with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at various UK locations
- Managing client appointments
- Meeting and greeting people politely and recording attendance on our bespoke databases.
-Document attendance to spreadsheets using EXCEL -Complete courtesy calls to claimants
Additional duties:

Qualifications:
- 5 GCSE’S
- Training will be provided
Essentials and Knowledge:
- To be considered for this role, you must have customer service/reception experience and be confident in dealing with the general public in difficult situations.
- Experience of working in a clinical environment would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
Skills & Abilities:
- Good customer service/ admin experience
- Experience in Microsoft, experience working in clinical environment preferred and having Good Knowledge of GDPR.
Salary: £25,396.80 per annum Position: Full-time, permanent. Location: On-Site (Bury St Edmunds) Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
