You will manage your own caseload of plot sale files from reservation to completion, taking instruction from the Company’s Sales Departments and working with those Sales Departments to track and progress each sale.

You will be part of a Legal Department who between them deal with all aspects of the Company’s land acquisition, planning and plot sales.

• Property Law qualification desirable but not essential.
• Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
• In-house plot sales experience desirable but not essential.
• Sound knowledge of the legal, administrative and financial matters involved in a plot sale transaction
• Able to deal with all the admin associated with your role.
