As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer at Battens, your duties will include: - Meeting and advising clients on claims.
- Preparing legal documents.
- Understanding and implementing the SRA Code of Conduct.
- Conducting legal research.
- Providing advice on all aspects of personal and commercial litigation (We have a separate property dispute department)
We are looking for a client-focused, organised lawyer with at least two years of post-qualification experience to join our well-regarded Dispute Resolution team.
