NHOA Energy is looking for a Junior Assistant belonging to protected categories (“invalidi civili”, L. 68/99) who, reporting directly to the CEO Office, will perform a variety of administrative and organizational tasks.

Main tasks and duties:

• Help with the issuing of purchase requests; following the whole administrative process, starting from entering in SAP the purchase requests, to dealing with the different departments to make sure all invoices/contracts follow the right path and procedure in a timely manner;

• Help with the approval of monthly timesheets and approval of expense reports;

• Help with the booking and approval of travels, reservations and request for visas;

Requirements

· Organizational attitude, reliability and attention to detail.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle confidential issues professionally and discreetly.

· A good English level.

Location: Hybrid remote and HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi
